MIKE RAFTERY - CEO

Mike Raftery specializes in supply network planning, solution roadmapping, and network optimization. He is a consultant, industry expert, and thought leader for strategic direction and continuous improvement of supply chain planning processes. Mike helps clients realize their supply chain vision by designing solutions and project plans that deliver value consistently and efficiently across many different industries. 

He leverages over 18 years of experience gained by working for multiple Fortune 500 companies both as an employee and as a consultant designing and implementing complex supply chain solutions across a variety of platforms. Mike is chair for the ASUG consumer products interest group and with has an APICS CPIM certification.

Kristi Naidech - COO

Kristi Naidech began her career in supply chain consulting long ago when there were still “The Big 5.” It was love at first sight when she and ARIBA met and the romance continued during supply chain software implementations in the life sciences, oil & gas, telecomm, and CPG industries. Kristi spent 12 years in healthcare/acute care hospitals specializing in ERP implementations and operations turn-arounds.

Retiring as a Chief Resource Officer with the largest Catholic non-profit hospital group in the US, Kristi returned to consulting and joined SCM Connections to build expanded service offerings for our customers in post implementation/ ongoing care and advanced analytics support. Kristi is ISM CPM certified and a long-standing member of ASCM, ARHMM and ACHE.

Patrick Green is a founding principal at SCM Connections where he is responsible for delivering integrated SAP Supply Chain solutions to clients utilizing the Advanced Planner and Optimizer. His expertise is building comprehensive Supply Chain Planning solutions that are optimized across all functional areas, ensuring a complete and integrated solution.

Patrick has 20 years of SAP design and implementation experience with 15 years delivering SAP APO solutions, with core skills in SCM Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, and Detailed Scheduling. He has helped clients in a variety of industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Packaged Goods, Automotive, Chemicals, Mill Products, and Food and Beverages.

Jim Kehler

Jim Kehler has been working in various supply chain and logistics roles for over 25 years, including LTL, truckload and intermodal transportation to planning manufacturing lines and distribution centers for machine shops, power generation companies, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, CPG, food and beverage, and many more industries.  He has worked as a production planner and as an executive (and all roles in between) for the business and IT and this has allowed him to walk the proverbial mile in the client’s shoes.

Jim has decades of experience implementing and helping to implement ERP and IBP solutions and has worked with companies at every stage of their supply chains from planning with index cards to utilizing the latest machine learning algorithms.  He has end to end implementation (and user) experience with S&OP, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization (safety stock planning), Supply Planning (including heuristics, optimizers, and DDMRP), Production Planning and Execution, Quality Management, Warehouse Management and Plant Maintenance.  

Michelle Meyer

Michelle is a 30+ year supply chain professional with experience in both industry and consulting across a variety of industries including chemicals, automotive OEM, high-tech, food and beverage, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, and aerospace and defense. She has worked in transportation/logistics, distribution operations, order management, network optimization, and consulting doing work ranging from strategy development, S&OP, scheduling, procurement, organization design, large ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JDA) and large-scale business transformation program/project management.

Michelle served as the 2020 Chair of the Board of Directors for the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business teaching Supply Chain and Logistics Management where she received the university-wide Excellence in Teaching award.

Gregg Macaluso

Gregg is a 30+ year professional whose career has focused in supply chain strategy development and execution for Fortune 200 companies. He has worked for and helped develop supply chain practices for some of the largest consulting firms including Accenture, PwC, EY, and as a Vice President of High Tech and Industrial solutions for UPS.   He has experience in both industry and consulting across a variety of vertical sectors including high-tech, consumer products, engineering & construction, automotive OEM, and healthcare, transportation/logistics, distribution operations, shop-floor manufacturing, inventory and network planning optimization, and sales & operation planning. 

Gregg is on the MS faculty for the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado, Boulder formerly leading the MS programs in supply chain management and business analytics for the university. He has served on the editorial board for Electronics Supply and Manufacturing magazine, been EY’s representative on the Stanford Global Supply Chain Management Council, and writes/speaks on supply chain strategies regionally and nationally.

Mark Carvalho

Mark Carvalho has been responsible for delivering integrated Supply Chain solutions to clients utilizing SAP IBP process, Agile Methodology and Cloud technology for 20+ years. He has been a Supply Chain Architect for branded auto and industrial equipment manufacturing companies while also designing and delivering multiple lifecycles of large IT programs with distinctive, mission critical objectives in the medical device and retail industries.

Mark has operationally managed supply chains for large OEMs with large ROI and implemented programs with substantial value for the ‘Big 5’ Firms.  He has developed roadmaps, defined technology landscapes and defended strategic business cases that improve bottom line value.  His areas of specialization are in Global Logistics, Materials Management, Inventory Optimization, S&OP and Lean Manufacturing Processes and Mentoring.
